School Counselor (Upper School) - NSU University School

NSU University School is a JK-12, college-preparatory school serving approximately 2,000 students on the larger Nova Southeastern University campus in South Florida. We seek an Upper School Counselor for the 2025-26 school year. The successful applicant will provide guidance and academic support to an assigned caseload of students in 9-12 grades in coordination with the school and college counseling department.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Confidence in providing guidance and academic support to high school students

• At least three years’ experience and certification as a school counselor

• Experience in personal/social counseling

• Strong communication skills

• Innovation, organization, and leadership skills

• Desire to guide and inspire high school students
