We’re looking for a passionate, student-centered College Counselor to join our amazing team beginning August 1, 2025.

Located in beautiful Miami, FL, Gulliver Prep is a vibrant, welcoming, and diverse independent school community. Our student-centered, collaborative college counseling team is committed to helping every student find their best-fit college pathway.

As part of a team of nine professionals, each counselor works closely with a caseload of 25-30 students (grades 10–12), allowing for meaningful, personalized engagement with families and students over multiple years. Our school culture supports growth, collaboration, and innovation in practice.

🔷  Qualifications
Applicants must have 3–5 years of experience in college counseling at an independent school or selective college admissions. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal and writing skills, deep knowledge of the college admissions landscape, and a commitment to student growth and inclusion.
