Eckerd College is currently hiring for the position of Assistant Director of Admission to join the Enrollment Management team at our waterfront property along the Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida, in our relationship-focused community. You will be part of a team that develops relationships with prospective students and their families in the assigned territory and provides information about the application and enrollment process at Eckerd College. Regular travel to assigned territory is required (7-9 weeks in the fall, 3-5 weeks in the spring) as well as after-hours work to attend admission events on campus.

The admission team comprises a highly collaborative group of individuals who are committed to a student-centered admission process based on fit. Professional growth is encouraged through shared responsibilities within the office and in building relationships with other campus departments.
