Associate Director of Recruitment - NCAT

The person in this position will be an integral part of an admissions team charged with the responsibility of identifying, recruiting and enrolling a large, highly qualified and diverse new student class each year. 

The person should be equipped to provide strategic direction to the Admissions Recruitment team. 

The person should be an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will articulate admissions policies and procedures to students, parents, counselors and members of the University community by participating in University undergraduate admission recruitment activities, including college day/night programs, individual visits to secondary and post secondary institutions, alumni meetings, campus visitation programs, and other events as required. 

Recruitment activities may involve considerable public speaking.
