Associate Director of College Counseling - Harpeth Hall

Harpeth Hall has opened a search for an Associate Director of College Counseling to join our team in Nashville, TN. We seek a student-centered, experienced college counselor who embraces our school’s mission to educate girls and young women. The Associate Director of College Counseling serves in a full-time, twelve-month position on a team of three full-time College Counselors with a caseload of approximately 40 students in each class.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), experience in either selective college admission or college counseling, a desire to work closely with students and families, excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to coordinate and accomplish tasks in a deadline-driven environment, a strong sense of ethics, a desire to continue to grow as a professional, and sensitivity to the needs of students from a variety of backgrounds.
