Assistant/Associate Director of College Counseling - Mercersburg Academy

Mercersburg Academy is hiring for an Assistant or Associate Director of College Counseling. We're eager to identify experienced professionals who are interested in joining an outstanding team of college counselors, and who are excited to work with students in a residential setting. The Assistant/Associate Director of College Counseling is responsible for assisting with the ongoing implementation of a comprehensive, holistic, developmental and student-centered college counseling program. College Counselors are responsible for helping to ensure the realization of the Office of College Counseling's vision statement and curriculum. Assistant or Associate level will be determined by level of education and experience.
