Admissions Events Coordinator - High Point University

High Point University is seeking a full-time Admissions Events Coordinator. The candidate will assist in managing admissions event experiences to ensure the best campus visit experience in America. This role will also support the planning and execution of graduate admissions events, including program-specific information sessions and professional recruitment experiences. The position coordinates a variety of event details such as room reservations, event rentals, and event publications. The position will be responsible for creating event supporting materials such as schedules, webpages, and diagrams; managing event gift items and monitoring inventory; keeping track of event signage and ordering signage as needed for events; working in a fast-paced environment; and assisting in managing the day-of event experience.
