Join the Office of Undergraduate Admissions team at a “Great College to Work For” on the beautiful UWF campus just minutes from the beach. The Student Services “Admissions” Representative will earn 7 hours of annual leave and 4 hours of sick leave on a biweekly basis, equating to 22 days of annual leave plus 13 days of sick leave per year. In addition to paid leave, you will receive 8 paid holidays plus a paid winter holiday break from Dec. 24 through Jan. 1. The Student Services “Admissions” Representative will also have the opportunity to choose between a variety of retirement plans and select from affordable healthcare insurance plans.

The Admissions Representative is responsible for the recruitment of students through attendance at college and career programs as well as visiting high schools and community colleges both in-state and out-of-state, as assigned. The incumbent represents UWF at Open House programs, high school award nights, on-campus school visits and serves as a contact for prospective and current undergraduate students regarding their educational options. The incumbent works directly with prospective students and their families to help them navigate the admission process; evaluates freshman applications for admission; and, provides regular follow-up communication with applicants who need more support before being admitted in addition to any other duties as needed. This position is expected to travel extensively.
