Sweet Tea Tour

Description
Each summer, SACAC hosts a tour for approximately 40 high school counselors, independent educational consultants, and CBO employees. This summer's tour route will take participants through South Florida. We require full participation, and participants must travel on the bus with the group. Registration includes most meals and all lodging during the tour. This year's tour will include 3 nights in a hotel! Participants will have to share rooms with one other participant. The other night will be on a college campus. Participants are responsible for travel to and from the starting/ending location of the tour and are required to travel with the group on the tour bus and stay in campus lodging with the group.

Payment must be received by May 1 or your registration will be cancelled. Cancellations must be received by May 1 for a refund. Registration is not transferable to another participant.
The check-in window for the tour will be anytime between 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday, June 9. Flights should be made so that attendees are able to arrive during the check-in window. The check-in location is approximately 30 minutes from the airport. The Sweet Tea Tour officially begins promptly at 1:30 p.m. Lunch will not be provided, however, snacks will be available during check in and on our first tour. All attendees will be responsible for getting themselves to the check-in location (further details upon registration) on June 9, 2025, but attendees will be provided transportation to the Tampa International Airport (TPA) at the end of the tour on June 13, 2025. Departing flights should be made for AFTER 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 13.
