As the IEC sector and membership evolves, we know the demand for targeted, high-value professional development is highly desired. SACAC leadership is committed to moving towards strategically designing and implementing programming that directly addresses the unique needs and growth opportunities of all IEC members.

Laura and Taylor would like to invite you to a listening and strategy session. We need your expertise, connections, and vision to help us build the future of IEC professional development within SACAC.

Through focused breakout room conversations, we will discuss: - Knowledge Gaps: What specific skills or experience can SACAC programming address? - The Landscape: How can SACAC complement other professional development resources IECs currently use? - Dream Big: What are the large-scale, impactful opportunities that would drive your professional growth (e.g., IEC-specific campus tours, summer PD)? Join us to directly influence SACAC's investment in the growth and support of IECs across the organization!
