• This session will explore the "invisible backpack" that we all carry. We will discuss mental health, trauma and other issues faced by students. The session will also briefly touch on counselor and teacher wellness.

10:05 - 10:40am Mastering Arts Admissions: Secrets to Portfolios, Auditions, and Funding

• Equip yourself with strategies to guide visual and performing arts students to navigate a competitive application process. This session covers types of institutions for arts training, various arts degree options, and how they differ; effective portfolio and audition preparation; and insights into securing scholarships and financial aid.

10:45 - 11:25am Admissions Updates

• Hear from various colleges and universities as they share brief updates on admissions, scholarships and campus visit opportunities.
