Sierra Outerbridge

Sierra is the Co-Founder and Director of Academic Coaching at Ardiendo Learning. Passionate about empowering all students, she is focused on closing the education opportunity gap and inspiring lifelong learning through facilitating student-mentor relationships. Sierra earned her Master of Education degree in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Central Florida. She currently lives in Orlando, Florida, and is pursuing her PhD of Education in Learning Sciences, where she strengthens her understanding of student learning to create holistic programming individualized according to a student's needs.
