One of my fondest memories in school is going to an after school conference having my teacher tell me, "Nicole you may not understand it now, but you have so much potential! No matter what life throws at you, always remember that it will all make sense one day. I believe in you and the world needs you!”  Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to encourage people to embrace challenges, overcome adversities and reach their full potential. I’ve learned that positive communication, character and a growth mindset is the core of any successful leader and business. People with a growth mindset are more likely to embrace challenges, putting in the effort, and find inspiration in others' successes.

After twenty three years of working in Education, I have developed a passion for not only being the voice of those that have not unlocked their full potential, but also teaching people strategies on how to develop a growth mindset. In education and business. I am able to do this by helping people acknowledge and unlock the potential within themselves and communicate that effectively to senior management. Communicating assertively and striving to always be honest with yourself and others will also help you live your life with integrity. I am able to communicate with people from all walks of life that have one thing in common, the need to live life to the FULLEST.
