Support assigned students and guide them through the college planning process, including application submission, scholarships, and financial aid, while ensuring each student and family remains well informed.

Create personalized and persuasive letters of recommendation for each senior, along with accompanying school reports, as well as letters for juniors and sophomores applying to summer programs and scholarships.

Present college-related information during evening programs, class meetings, and other events for students and families.

Lead small- and large-group guidance sessions for students in grades 9–12 focused on college readiness and planning.

Deliver knowledgeable guidance and positive, timely communication to students and families through email, phone calls, video meetings, and in-person conferences.

Attend local, state, regional, national, and international professional conferences, workshops, counselor programs, and college campus visit opportunities to remain current on admission trends and best practices.

Assist with the coordination of informational meetings and presentations, including evening programs, financial aid and scholarship presentations, college admission speaker events, college essay workshops, and application workshops.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with college and university admission offices.
