Associate Director of Recruitment - Stetson University

The Associate Director of Recruitment is a new leadership position with the opportunity to help shape the future of Stetson’s growing enrollment strategy. Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, this role will lead transfer recruitment efforts while supervising our expanding Regional Recruitment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building, innovating, and leading. With strong support from our Board of Trustees, Stetson is investing in recruitment and enrollment growth, including expanding our regional recruitment team into new markets. As we explore additional regional expansion, this role will have a meaningful opportunity to help shape our recruitment strategy and influence where we go next.

The Associate Director will develop recruitment strategies, support regional expansion, supervise staff, and collaborate across the Admissions team to attract and enroll talented students.
