Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment - Augusta University

 he Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment will supervise staff and lead strategic and tactical efforts to recruit, admit, and onboard undergraduate transfer, returning, post-baccalaureate, transient, and auditing students to Augusta University. The Assistant Director will have a commitment to transfer and adult student success, be able to develop collaborative relationships with academic departments to enhance the transfer student experience and exhibit the strategic and analytical capacity to create a seamless admission experience for all students. The Assistant Director will work in collaboration with academic departments, student success offices, as well as technical/community college partners to meet the enrollment goals of the institution.
