2026 Sweet Tea Tour

Description
Each summer, SACAC hosts a tour for approximately 40 high school counselors, independent educational consultants, and CBO employees. This summer's tour route will take participants through Memphis, Arkansas, and northern Mississippi.
We require full participation, and participants must travel on the bus with the group. Registration includes most meals and all lodging during the tour which will include 4 nights in a hotel. Participants will have the option to share a room with one other participant or register for single occupancy. The other nights will be on a college campus.
Participants are responsible for travel to and from the starting/ending location of the tour and are required to travel with the group on the tour bus and stay in lodging with the group.

2026 Program Fees: $650 members/$725 Non-members (double occupancy at the hotel); $850 member/$925 Non-member (single occupancy at the hotel)
Payment must be received by May 4th or your registration will be cancelled. Registration is not transferable to another participant.
The check-in window for the tour will be anytime between 2 and 4 pm Central, Sunday, June 7th. Flights should be made so that attendees are able to arrive at Rhodes College during the check-in window. Lunch will not be provided, however, light refreshments will be available during check in. The Sweet Tea Tour officially begins promptly on Sunday, June 7th at 5:00 pm Central. All attendees will be responsible for getting themselves to the check-in location (further details upon registration) on Sunday, June 7th, but attendees will be provided transportation to the Memphis International Airport (MEM) and back to Rhodes College at the end of the tour on Friday, June 12th.
