Annual Conference: Service with the Annual Conference team; Short-Term, Forward-Facing, Organizational
College Admission Workshops: Service with the Inclusion, Access, and Success Committee; Community, Access, Specialized Topics, Content Creation, Public Speaking
Communications Advisory Board: Service with the Communications Committee; Communications, Content Creation, Organizations, Collaboration
Drive-in Workshops: Service with the State and Area Initiatives Committee; Community-based, Relational, Organizational, Virtual Meeting Experience
Finance/Grants: Service with the Finance Committee; Grant Writing, Project Management
Government Relations: Service with the Government Relations Committee; Group Mobilization, Advocacy, Communication; Legislative/Advocacy Days
IAS Book Clubs: Service with the Inclusion, Access, and Success Committee; Reader, Professional Development, Small Group Leader, Inclusion and Access
Professional Development Summer Programming: Service with the Professional Development Committee; Communications and Organization, Detailed Logistical Planner, Institutional Support and Travel Required, Summer Work, Managing Multiple Stakeholders. These positions require a larger commitment and the role is traditionally a 3-year term. Roles include Sweet Tea Tour Chairs, Summer Seminar Chairs, Dry Run Chairs
SACAC Leads: Service with the Professional Development Committee; Leaderhsip Development, Small Group Leader, Mentorship
Special Interest Groups:Service with the Member Relations Committee; Special topics, Public Speaking, Community Building. Each of our Special Interest Groups includes 2-3 leaders, and attendance at the annual conference is required. Leaders organize and host the SIG meeting during the annual conference. This is a great introduction to service within SACAC and a great way to meet members.
State & Area Initiatives: Service with the State and Area Initiatives Committee; State Specific, Mobilization, Public Speaking, Communication. There are no set terms and SAI welcomes all interested members.
Webinars: SACAC-Wide Service; Content Creation and Production, Public Speaking, Specialization
