NBCC Program Administrator Volunteer Applicationd

SACAC is seeking a volunteer NBCC Program Administrator to serve as the reviewer of annual conference, drive in workshop, and Summer Seminar sessions for potential continuing education clock hours. The program administrator will work closely with the SACAC Executive Assistant in administering their duties. The review process is time-sensitive and often requires a fast turnaround for the executive assistant to launch event registrations promptly.

The program administrator must hold an advanced degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution. The program administrator will be responsible for assuring that the content of all SACAC programs and the qualifications of all program presenters, satisfy, and are consistent with the requirements of the Provider Policy

  • Late November - Review annual conference sessions (~75) and approve those that meet CE requirements
  • November/December/January - Review Drive-in Workshop Sessions (typically 3-5 for each of the [9] Drive-in Workshops) and approve those that meet CE requirements
  • March/April - Review Summer Seminar sessions and approve those that meet CE requirements

Once identified, the volunteer will work with SACAC's current NBCC Program Administrator to learn and receive guidance on the review process. The new volunteer will assume full responsibility for reviews by April 2025.
